Reflection The programming/coding/software Universe tends to be very project driven. Those projects are almost always divided up into smaller, more manageable teams of programmers and engineers. Each of those teams is typically managed by a Program Manager. It is very common for teams to have a "Reflection" at the end of a particular project and to have VERY frank (open and honest) conversation about what went well and what didn't go well. That goes for the entire team as well as individual members of the team. The project manager generally leads the reflection Let's take a few moments to read about Reflection Towards that end, and because this IS a CTE class and it's my job to get you thinking about software coding type careers, I'd like you to conduct a basic reflection on your project work so far.
